This is always such a fun holiday for our family, Halloween makes all of us smile, act like kids and end the day with some sweets. For us, we have another sweet that makes us smile. November 1 is the date our daughter Sophia was born. This week she will turn 16. I know it will sound cliche when I say I cannot believe how fast the time has flown. Sophia has been a gift to all that know her, including us. My husband summed it up perfectly when he said " I don't care if she becomes the smartest, I just want her to be kind." Well, she is the kindest and gentlest soul I know. I am so incredibly proud of her and continue to enjoy watching her grow into the young woman she is becoming. Next year, as she graduates, you will all need to help me cope! Help me wish her a Happy Sweet 16. I will show her all of the comments, and be sure she blushes !
