Remember taking my daughter to this each year as her special birthday treat--and she even got to ride in the clown's cart one year. Now we have started that same traditon for her daughter--would love to have tickets so we can all go!

My favorite memory is watching my daughter's eye light up when we went early one year and got to walk around, meet the clowns, etc. She was so excited and of course we had to top off the night with cotton candy and snow cones.

As a child my family didn't have the finances to do a lot of "extras", but there were a few times we went to the circus. My fondest memory was seeing the elephants walk down the road afterwards to wherever they go when it is over! As a college student my husband (boyfriend at the time) took me as a Valentine's gift! We have since taken our children several times. It is still just as exciting to me as it was when I was a child. However, I have not seen the elephants walking through the streets of Richmond since that first chance encounter!

My favorite memory was seeing the awe in my son's eyes the 1st time he saw an elephant. He just simply couldn't believe the sheer size of it! This year will be my daughters 1st circus & I can't wait to see her reactions!
