Uptown Alley to Host Holiday Toy Drive for Local Hospitalized Children
Uptown Alley is pleased to host a holiday toy drive benefiting Mason’s Toy Box, a non-profit organization providing a visit from Santa and toys for local hospitalized children and their siblings during the holiday season. New, unwrapped toys will be collected at Uptown Alley from today through December 16.

Mason’s Toy Box coordinates with Ronald McDonald House and Hospital Hospitality House to identify local children and their families who will not be home for holidays due to illness, surgery or injury. The program was created to honor Mason Thomas, a brave 11-year old boy who lost his six year battle with a rare childhood cancer known as neuroblastoma on June 20, 2011.

“Uptown Alley is committed to giving back to our community,” said Paul Spada, general manager. “Our toy drive will help brighten the spirits of local hospitalized children during the holiday season.”

Uptown Alley offers a variety of packages for children’s birthday parties and youth team sport outings. Packages include bowling, shoes, game play cards, food, drinks and keepsakes. Uptown Alley is located at 6101 Brad McNeer Parkway in Midlothian. For more information, call (804) 744-1077 or visit www.uptownalleyrichmond.com.
