Lynnhaven Academy, is an independent day school enrolling boys and girls in grades 5 through 12.
The academic program is individualized and mastery based. Lynnhaven Academy seeks to enroll students of strong character who will make both academic and extra-curricular contributions to the school. Applications are being accepted for the 2015-16 school year. Lynnhaven has doubled in growth each year since it was founded in 2011 and this year record numbers are expected again.

Diagnostic Testing (2015-2016 SY)
Each student's knowledge base and learning style is defined by means of testing. This testing is a little different from the admissions testing. After they are enrolled for about two weeks, we conduct criterion referenced (teacher made tests). The results are discussed and a plan is formulated to meet those needs.
Tailored Curriculum
The learning plan is designed by the faculty to meet the needs of a particular student, based on their test results, course of study requirements, classroom evaluation, and parental input.

Lynnhaven Academy (Lynnhaven) announced enrollment is now open for its 2015 Summer Camp
Lynnhaven Academy's "Voyagers Summer Camp" offers a seven week long experience for students in grades K-8. The Camp runs from June 22 - August 7, 2015 and features activities centered around a weekly theme. Students participate in activities ranging from swimming, roller skating, bowling, going to the movies at Regal Cinemas, and more. The Fall 2015-14 school year will include frequent experiential learning field trips and Lynnhaven’s signature differentiated instruction, tailored to each child’s specific learning style. 2015-2016 will also see the introduction of new athletic clubs and sports.
