April 24, 2015
Many of you have asked for recipe's on the site , I am going to try and see if I can take this on!
I am happy to use your recipes as well , so please submit if you'd like.

This is for about 1.5 pounds of pasta
Sauce
2 -3 tablespoons EVOO
1 tbsp butter ( Optional)
4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons flour
2 cup fat-free chicken broth ( more may be added at end to think if you like)
2 cups 2% milk- you can use 1 % too
1 cup grated parmesan, plus more for serving
chopped parsley ( fresh)
S & P to taste
Grill Chicken tenderloins , I did on stove top, and cut into small cubes - set aside
Roast Broccoli florets in  oven  at 375 for 15 min with 2 diced garlic cloves, a little olive oil and salt - set aside
heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add butter and garlic, saute  about a minute or golden , stirring occasionally,
add  flour, and stir  about a minute to cook the flour, stirring occasionally
Slowly add chicken broth, whisking to combine until smooth.
Whisk in milk, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Let cook for an additional minute until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until the cheese melted. Reduce heat to medium-low and add chicken and broccoli
Drain pasta,  add pasta to the saute pan with alfredo sauce. Toss to combine.  If it too thick you can add a little extra chicken stock
Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley
