If you’ve been looking for a fun, confidence‑building way to get your kids moving this winter, the Henrico Police Athletic League (PAL) has something exciting lined up. The Henrico PAL Youth Basketball League is returning for the 2026 season, and this year, families can register completely free.
This community basketball league is designed to give kids a safe, supportive space to learn the fundamentals of basketball, build teamwork skills, and stay active while having a blast with friends.
Session Dates
February 7 – March 14, 2026
Games take place on Saturdays between 10 AM and 1 PM, making it easy for families to participate without sacrificing the whole weekend.
Who Can Play
The league is open to two age groups:
- 7–9 years old
- 10–12 years old
