Are you participating in a sport next school year in Richmond Public Schools for middle or high school? Richmond Public School Students require a physical to tryout, practice and play!
In partnership with Richmond School of Nursing and the Richmond Health Department, Richmond Public Schools will be offering FREE athletic physicals to middle school and high school students at the Summer Athletic Physical Clinic. Parents and guardians must complete the 2025 Athletic Physical form prior to attending.
These clinics will be held at two locations:
June 24th (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
