Henrico 4-H is helping families stay healthy this upcoming school year with the “4-H Fit & Focused: Back-to-School Bash”.

Join Henrico 4-H at the 4-H Fit & Focused: Back-to-School Bash in partnership with Burn Boot Camp as they celebrate healthy minds, healthy bodies, and a healthy start to the school year! Plus, Meet the Macaroni KID Richmond Team as we share our resources and learn about some of the upcoming events that we're hosting!

 No registration fee. 4-H is proud to sponsor this event to support healthy youth and families.

What to Expect

🎽A family-friendly bodyweight workout suitable for all fitness levels and all-ages! Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes, and get ready to move.

Community partners and local organizations will be on hand with resources, giveaways, and helpful info for families.

Families will need to sign the Burn Boot Camp liability waiver: Burn Boot Camp

Then, you'll need to download the burn boot camp app and sign-up for the family kids camp when it becomes available (which should show up. If you're having difficulty registering via the app, then you're welcome to come a few minutes early and get signed up onsite.
