One of Autism Society of Central Virginia's favorite events is returning to Innsbrook in May. The ASCV 5K & Family Fun Day is set to return to Innsbrook on May 16, 2026, from 8 AM to 11 AM. This is the organization's annual fundraiser that directly supports programs, resources, and services for autistic individuals and their families across Central Virginia. Every registration, donation, and team effort helps expand support networks and build meaningful connections.

What to Expect
The Autism Society of Central Virginia is bringing back everything families love, plus new features designed to make the day even more inclusive and fun.
- Chip‑timed 5K run for those who want a traditional race experience
- Non‑timed 5K walk for a relaxed, community‑centered pace
- New 1‑mile walk option, perfect for younger kids or anyone wanting a shorter route
- Expanded Resource Fair featuring autism service providers, local organizations, and community partners
- Brand‑new Safety Fair with first responders, fire trucks, and interactive safety activities
- Kids Zone with entertainment, activities, and space to play
- Food trucks and exhibitors offering treats and family‑friendly engagement throughout the morning

Chip‑timed 5K Runner: $45 (discount for ages 6–12)
Non‑timed 5K Walker: $40
1‑Mile Walker: $40
Virtual 5K: $45, with a mailed packet
Kids 5 & under: Free (registration required)
All participants receive a T‑shirt, and registration remains open until the morning of the event.
