FAIRY TALE MUSICAL      June 22-25

ages 5-11

We are all familiar with Snow White, the 7 dwarfs, Cinderella, Little Red and the nasty Wolf, the gruff Billy Goats, Rapunzel, and all the others, right? Well what happens when  our favorite fairy tale characters find themselves lost in the woods, at the same time? In this fun musical comedy, everyone seems to be having the worst day ever, for various reasons, and they seek out the help of the local doctor. Unfortunately getting there is easier said than done, but as with all fairy tales, we end with a happy ending and a true understanding that while we might be having a bad day, just a little love spread around goes a long way.  Songs are optional, so this one is good for those who like to sing as well as those who don’t.

POP ROCK STAR       June 29-July 2

Who hasn’t watched at least one episode of The Voice, America’s Got Talent, or American Idol and said, “I wish I could do that”. Well now you can! Whether you like rock, pop, or country, this workshop will explore not only how to sing, but how to  entertain, complete with writing your own songs if that interests you, (or choosing your favorites from YouTube), learning how to use a microphone, how to move onstage and connect with an audience, and add in costuming and makeup and hair (fun colors, wigs and extensions!)  to complete the package. As a bonus we will put together an incredible show to wow the        audience on the last day. Come on and live your fantasy of being a Pop Rock Star!

  CAMP BROADWAY!          July 13-16

 IT’S ALL A MYSTERY       August 3-6

  ages 9 and up

Mysteries come in all forms. We have historical mysteries (Was there really a city under water called Atlantis?),  and we have folk lore (Big Foot?, The Loch Ness Monster?), and then the usual who dun it, (whether a murder mystery or who stole Aunt Lucy’s prized necklace). During the week we will explore mysteries of all kinds and choose elements to re-enact, re-create, or use as a springboard to make up a mystery of our own. On the last day we will present for families and friends our stunning masterpiece complete with sound effects, lighting, props and costumes. Will it be solved by the audience, or remain an unsolved mystery for all time?
