We specialize in character development - focus skills, confidence development, self-discipline, respect skills, anti-bullying and more while giving children 3.5 through adults 70 plus a place to exercise and delete stress, develop health and be together as a family in a positive environment.
We have a strong adult following in our Adult-only classes, Children-only classes cater to the needs of the younger age groups, and a fantastic Family class that offers the best of both worlds so parents can get the benefits of exercise alongside their children while developing a lasting bond.
We welcome students with special needs, as we build a martial art program around the individual.
