Review on A Christmas Miracle!

December 12, 2014
I took my 5 year old son to Santa's Christmas Miracle at Virginia rep theater at willow lawn.  The theater is small and cozy -- perfect for little ones and not a bad seat in the house.  The play is  a musical comedy  set in Broken-Bone, Montana in the late 1800s. It takes place on Christmas Eve. An outlaw named Big Bad Bart ends up sharing a jail cell with the narrator of the show aka Santa.  There is a sheriff who has outlawed Christmas and his adorable daughter shares in the bringing the meaning of the holiday back to him.  The show features some young  children as well as  some western music and a lot of comedy.  It ran about an hour which is perfect for a young audience.  My son enjoyed the show and thought Big Bad Bart was pretty funny!  Thanks for a great show!
