Richmond SPCA Critter Camp

Every summer we offer fun and educational week-long day camps for children between the ages of 6 and 13. The Richmond SPCA will be offering both in-person and take home camp options for Summer 2024.

Critter Camp is a terrific educational opportunity for animal-loving children to visit and learn more about the Richmond SPCA! Week-long day camps are hosted all summer at our humane center. All Critter Camps will have the same amount of animals interaction daily!

Extended Stay Care: Campers who wish to attend a morning and afternoon session of two different camps are welcome to sign up for extended care the week of their camp session to stay at the Richmond SPCA for a supervised lunch between camp sessions. Extended care will also be offered for those who wish to pick up at 5pm rather than 4pm. Extended stay care will be an additional $40 per camper and will be paid the week of your child’s camp session.

Canine Capers and Feline Fun Available for rising 1^st through 4^th graders (must be at least 6 years of age)

Junior Shelter Vet Advanced Available for rising 6th through 9^th graders

Animal Advocates Available for rising 5^th through 8^th graders

Junior Shelter Vet Available for rising 3^rd through 6^th graders

Kids & K9s Available for rising 6^th through 9^th graders
