The Richmond Flying Squirrels are gearing up for another great season and we are looking for Squirrelettes to join our Dance Team!
This is our 5th season and we are excited to get started! Even if you can't make it to every game, it is worth it to join our team and experience the fun!!

"I love being a squirrelette because you get to learn awesome dances and meet new friends. I like performing in front of big crowds and looking for my family in the stadium. I like seeing Nutsy and watching the game with my family after I dance. Last but not least, I like dancing with all of the fun dance teachers." Ruby Conner age 10
"My name is Anne Richmond Nuckols. I have been dancing since I could walk. I love to dance because I get to learn and have fun at the same time. I also enjoy dancing because I get to meet new friends. Dancing is wonderful in many ways. For example you get to express yourself when you're dancing. The dance team and I love dancing with each other."
"My name is Casey Gutenberger and I have been a Squirrellettes assistant coach for 3 years. It is always an amazing opportunity to work with kids of all ages who love dance and the Flying Squirrels. Seeing their smiles and laughter in front of a large crowd brings me joy. Being able to share mypassion for dance with young children takes me back to why I started dancing. "
Our dancers light up the field with their energy and talent and we love watching their excitement as they come off of the field! The memories we have with these little dancers are priceless. Our older dancers help out the younger ones and they all work together as a team. The Squirrelettes is a great opportunity for your family to have fun, spend time together, get loud and cheer for your favorite little dancer and baseball team!
