As the seasons change, so do our energies. This month at Burn Boot Camp, we invite you to shift your focus to your core muscles for October while we celebrate core strength, mobility, health and breast cancer awareness.


Our goals in "Abtober"  are simple: let's strengthen our core to better our movement, and let's better our nutrition to support our gut health. We are doing this by giving you all a new 60 Day Challenge starting on October 12 tying in different physical and nutritional challenges to help show you results. In conjunction with our challenge, we are offering a 30 day trial for the low price of $45 for unlimited camps in a custom facility full of equipment and dietary focus meetings with certified trainers.

Our movement is directly linked to the ability of our core muscles to function efficiently with our limbs. Our total body health is tied to the health of our stomach and intestines. As we train to condition the strength and endurance of our abs, obliques, and back muscles - we help our ability to move and increase our resistance to injury. By bettering our nutrition, we allow our bodies to absorb vitamins and nutrients better to help the entire body system.

Aside from our challenge, we will be celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness month by sharing survivor stories, giving out education, and we are bringing in some nurses to talk about self-tests. Every Friday, our ladies are coming to camp in PINK attire to help raise awareness. We are also proud to have a team walking in the Strides For Richmond Event going on October 15th.
