Happy Friday Richmond friends! I feel like we were just talking about July 4 and now it is almost August! How does that happen? Every Summer, it seems to go faster and faster that the weeks go by. I know some of you are missing the routine and your kids are looking for things to do, but please try to make as many memorable moments as you can. Soon enough it will be snowing and we will be wishing for Summer!
We did not hop into the car and drive somewhere this past weekend, first in 4, I think! But, we really enjoyed RVA! I made use of our calendar on site and saw our first concert at Maymont; what a great venue! We are headed to the beach this weekend for a few days and I am unplugging! It will be the last quick getaway before our daughter will head back to college and I am not ready for her to go! We have been shopping a little for her apartment next semester and I shared some of my best finds on KNOWDifferent, if any of you are looking for ideas, check it out here.
Two of my Summer bucket list items are heading to Lewis Ginter to see the Lego fun they have going on and tubing on the river. What are some of yours? The forecast looks amazing for the coming week with low humidity in July, that is surely a gift!
