Celebrate the Festival of Lights at Chanukah on Ice!
Friendship Circle of Virginia and Chabad of Virginia are thrilled to invite the community to the 23rd Annual Chanukah on Ice! Join us for an evening of fun, light, and togetherness as we celebrate this cherished holiday tradition. The event will take place on Sunday, December 29th, from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM at Skate Nation Plus in Short Pump (4350 Pouncey Tract Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060).
Event Highlights:
ā Doors Open: 5:30 PM
ā Skating Begins: 5:45 PM
ā Menorah Lighting Ceremony: 6:15 PM
ā Food: Delicious options will be available for purchase.
This year, we are proud to continue a unique and inclusive tradition: Chanukah on Ice is the only time of year that wheelchairs and mobility aids are welcomed on the ice.
Friendship Circle families are invited to join for free. Children with disabilities will be paired with teen volunteers from the community to ensure everyone has a fun and memorable experience. Skate assists will also be provided by Friendship Circle. Additionally, we will celebrate December birthdays during the event.
