Gymnastics Summer Camps: Whether your child is just beginning in gymnastics or has been a CORE gymnast for years, our coaches will help your child gain impressive new skills, including cartwheels, handstands, and pullovers, in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment! (morning only) 

Ninja Summer Camps: Does your child want to train like a ninja this summer? Join us for 2.5 hours of action-packed ninja training that combines obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement! Campers will use specialized ninja equipment to learn a variety of ninja skills, including rolls, flips, vaults, palm spins, and ricochets. (afternoon only)

Saddle up this summer at a Dream Catchers camp! Children with and without disabilities can join us for Summer Horsemanship Day Camps. Campers will learn basic riding skills and how to care for horses in and out of the arena. Open to ages 7-14. Multiple sessions throughout the summer at Dream Catchers in Toano.

The RVC FUNdamentals camp is a FUN way to learn the basics of athletic movement and volleyball. Campers will work on moving, throwing, and jumping while also learning the basics of volleyball. Campers will use modified volleyball equipment to learn the game in an age and ability appropriate way.

Passing/Serving:
High level training on passing and serving techniques. Campers should expect to get a lot of passing and serving repetitions with constant feedback for optimal improvement.

Rise Martial Arts calls their camp an adventure camp, because your child will get to experience so many things this summer - not just martial arts! Their team is dedicated to providing your child a fantastically FUN summer! Their program is designed to meet each child’s needs based on age appropriate and self-confidence building activities filled with FUN!

Our very popular Tumbling and Ninja Camps are coming back for their 7th year. These week-long camps are non-stop activity and fun for rising 1st - 6th graders. Tumbling camps include daily tumbling, introduction to cheerleading and acrobatic gymnastics, dance, games, outdoor time, and Water Balloon Wednesday! We complete each week with an awesome routine for families and friends to showcase all we’ve learned. 

Ninja Camps include non-stop Ninja action with Ninja Skills, Ninja Games, and Ninja Obstacle Courses, as well as outdoor time and Water Balloon Wednesday. 

Camps run 9AM - 1PM Monday - Friday.
