Description
After a scenic and challenging road ride along the Virginia Capital Trail, we'll camp under the stars at Chickahominy State Park and watch the Perseid Meteor Shower. At it's peak, we can expect to see between 60 and 100 meteors per hour during the Perseids. We'll return to the city on our bikes the following morning.
Bring your own bike or borrow one of ours!
Ages: 19-99
Dates and Time: 12:00pm departure on Saturday. We'll return to Richmond on Sunday afternoon.
Price: $100 includes food for two days, transportation of your belongings to the campground, camping fees at Chickahominy Riverfront Park,vehicle support in case of emergency. In addition, all funds collected support James River Park System.
