The Nutcracker Sweet is the flagship, annual production of PDM Productions, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that creates learning opportunities in the performing arts for children and adults. Dancers and performers from all across Central Virginia, including the areas of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, Louisa, Petersburg, Powhatan, Prince George and Richmond, and ranging from 4 to 75 years of age, comprise the cast of The Nutcracker Sweet. This production is unique in that the cast comes from a variety of backgrounds, skill levels and financial abilities.
