Celebrate Earth Day with a delicious and educational activity about soil, a vital natural resource. We’ll talk about soil’s role in sustaining plant and animal life on our planet and we’ll learn what makes up the soil horizons, or layers, as we build edible models that can be enjoyed afterwards. For grades K-5.
